The lobby had an overwhelming, humid atmosphere. basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were missing from the room. I had to request them. it felt inconvenient. the manager seemed uninterested in addressing these issues.

The pool with a bar was nice.
My stay had a couple of issues. The housekeeping service was clearly understaffed, especially during peak times. the bathroom design lacked privacy. It had glass windows facing the room, covered by an impractical blind.

The location is very good for accessing the etihad arena. squash courts are a great addition. my room had a balcony that faced the sea. I enjoyed the view. the gym had weights which i used .
The breakfast buffet was crowded and noisy. There was not enough space between tables.
